Peter’s Homes of Post Falls, Idaho, is a family-owned manufactured home retailer, and we’ve been serving Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington since 1972. As a Marlette and Clayton home retailer, we offer a wide range of floor plans, from smaller single-section homes to spacious multi-section designs, with options to fit different budgets, family sizes, and lifestyles. You can walk through homes on display at our Post Falls location, and our team will help you choose a floor plan, pick finishes, and find a home that fits your land and your needs. We’re licensed to serve residents of both Idaho and Washington. We’ve been recognized as “National Retailer of the Year” by MHI three times, and in 2025 Clayton Homes ranked us 5th in the nation for flawless service out of approximately 1,100 retailers.
